Refund policy

All digital downloads are final sale

Everything in the Hooks & Chains by SG shop is an instant digital download — a PDF crochet pattern, reference card, or pattern bundle delivered to your account at checkout and emailed to you. Because digital files cannot be "returned" once delivered, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This is standard practice for digital goods.

Something wrong with your file? We will fix it.

We stand behind every PDF we sell. If you have any problem accessing your file — the download link didn't arrive, the file won't open, a page is missing, the email got stuck in spam — please email us at hooksandchainsjd@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we will personally re-send the file or get the issue resolved as quickly as we can.

Accidental duplicate purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same PDF pattern twice on the same day (for example, by clicking checkout twice), email us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate order. Please include your order numbers.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country, state, or province of residence that cannot be waived by contract. If your jurisdiction grants you a right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase that we cannot lawfully exclude, you keep that right.

Pattern problems

If you spot a typo, an error in a stitch count, or instructions that aren't clear, please let us know — we will issue a corrected PDF for free to anyone who has purchased the pattern. Crochet patterns get even better with reader feedback, and we love it when you tell us.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with an order, please give us a chance to fix it first by emailing hooksandchainsjd@gmail.com. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us makes it harder for us to help and may result in your account being blocked from future purchases.
