We don't ship anything — everything is instant digital download

Every product in the Hooks & Chains by SG shop is a digital PDF crochet pattern, reference card, or pattern bundle. No physical item is shipped. There are no shipping costs, no shipping carriers, and no delivery delays based on your location.

How your file is delivered

The instant your payment is confirmed at checkout:

Your PDF download is available in your account on www.hooksandchainsbysg.com.
A copy is emailed to the address you used at checkout (subject line: "Your Hooks & Chains by SG Download").
You can re-download the file as many times as you need by signing in to your account.

You will need a PDF reader to open the file. The free Adobe Acrobat Reader works on every device. Files print cleanly on standard US Letter (8.5" × 11") paper or you can follow along on any phone, tablet, or laptop.

If your confirmation email hasn't arrived within 15 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still don't see it, email us at hooksandchainsjd@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend the file right away.

International customers

Because we don't ship anything, there are no customs fees, no import duties, and no international shipping delays. Customers anywhere in the world get the file at the same instant.
